The engineers at TAG Heuer have contructed the
radical Monaco V4 watch. It is based on
high-performance race engines, and uses a belt drive instead of

Found a cool tool in the form of a carabiner. It comes with a built-in
AUS 6A stainless steel serrated blade, flat and Phillips® head
screwdrivers, and a bottle opener. It can clip onto almost anything,
but bear in mind that the carabiner is not designed to be load bearing.
It is manufactured by Kershaw, and can be found at
M.E.C.

Bought the new NERD cd: Fly or Die. Took a while
to grow on me, but now lovin' it. A blend of funk/rock/beat. Track

[Odd]One's
plaster cast boxcar set was recently unveiled at the Emily
Carr Institute or Art and Design. Titled "Dialogue Train", the piece
symbolizes the designers journey through life. The up and coming
designer teamed up with fellow artists/designers who put their own
"throw ups" onto each boxcar.
Found a cool 3d rendered Quicktime of a
gracefull and flowing alphabet. A sweet typographical experiment.
Have you ever dreamed of being able to have
x-ray vision like Superman? Wouldn't it be cool if we could see through
concrete walls? Well the future is facing you. There is a new type of translucent
concrete that lets you see what's directly behind it. You've
got to see it to believe it! An awesome building material that will add
a new dimension to the inherent darkness that concrete brings!
