I'm thinking of getting my family the Asus Eee.. The 4gig version is being released in North America tomorrow.. but I will wait till the end of November for the 8gig model so I can have a little more storage..

I'm getting it because it's cheap.. small and very portable.. starts up quickly.. is robust ..and has all the basic programs that my kid/wife/myself need when on the road.. Lots of bang for the buck in a very small package.. 'Nuff said..

British designer Max Lamb creates some really exciting furniture.. including this Pewter Chair which he sand molded/casted right at Caerhays beach on the South coast of Cornwall (England).. Interesting to see how this ancient process creates a beautiful modern looking piece.. Great excercise..

I'm also tripping out on the realism of these Bruce Lee - Enter the Dragon and Bruce Lee - Way of the Dragon action figures.. Genuine facial features.. interchangeable hands.. directional eyes.. tailored clothing.. detailed footwear.. all add up to a crazy likeness of Bruce in miniature.. Crazy..

Running parallel with yesterday..

I am happy that the Nissan GT-R has finally been officially unveiled.. I can't wait to see it on the streets with my own eyes.. And I'm sure we'll also soon be seeing them customized and modded soon as well.. Good times ahead..

It's also good to look back at history.. and see that this old-school 1971 Skyline GT-R is mad sweet as well!!! How I would love to have this car..

And.. here's another "Kei-car" (ultra-compact) that has caught my attention.. it's the Daihatsu Mud Master-C.. A 3-cylinder excursion type super-mini designed to carry your gear..

And.. finally.. have a nice long look at the Green Leaf Chair.. Orchid leaf inspired.. This one-piece molded fiberglass shell on tubular steel chair is just as enjoyable to look at.. as it is to sit on..

Recently.. I've seen some sweet right-hand drive imports coming in from Japan.. such as the brawny Skyline GT-R and the rugged Delica..

Another car of interest to me.. and has recently been available for import into Canada.. is the Mazda AZ-1 (Autozam).. It's classified as a "Kei-car".. meaning that it's an ultra-compact car.. Surprisingly.. it comes with gull-wing doors.. a three cylinder 660cc turbo motor (the largest size allowed in a Kei-classified car).. with mid-engine layout.. and racing leather seats..

This here is your ultimate street-legal miniature street ripper.. Seriously.. this thing is tiny!!!

Was at a local store yesterday.. when a pair of maroon Torrios by Creative Recreation caught my eye.. Never owned any maroon kicks before.. But these puppies are next on my list.. It's the right amount of croc texture.. metal accents.. and perforations that make this shoe for me.. Flexible enough to roll in gold or roll in mud..
